You say that the man is testifying in court against you? I certainly haven't read the entire thread, buy if there are legal proceedings that you are involved in -- criminal, civil, or under the UCMJ -- you need to stop posting on this thread.

You may also want to consider whether to delete it. That creates difficult issues of its own -- suppose the other side already has a copy. Is it ethical to delete. Etc. I strongly suggest you at the very least inform your lawyer about the existence of the thread immediately. But for God's sake, don't make your lawyers job any harder than it already is. STOP POSTING. You should assume that this thread will be read by the judge and/or jury.
