Just a thought - It seems a gentleman should evaluate a lady's requirements alongside how he feels being with her. If there's little chemistry between them, perhaps he should search elsewhere rather than the awkwardness of bargaining. Should I someday find that lady that really clicks with me, I'm going to fill up her dance card with no thought of a discount. And the only perk I'm interested is being wrapped in her magic again and again.

Default Good grief

For crying out loud!!!
Does everything have to evolve into a damn argument?
My take is this.
Ladies price their time.
If we can't afford it, guess what?
For christs sake, don't piss off the ones you are trying to have fun with!!!

Now back to regular programming.....errrr arguing.

+1... and if I may add, don't complain and make pointless threads about guys who ask for or seek out freebies/discounts. Simply say to those guys, "no thank you," and move on to clients with a better understanding of how this "business" works. Jimmy crickets folks! Are we sure that we're not a bunch of high schoolers, "playing adults?"

Pointless to those it does not pertain to.. no harm informing those who don't know

In an ideal world, you are correct. But it (this thread) is not something to get upset about. By the standards of the board, it is actually a benign post. And sadly it probably IS needed as an occasional reminder because yes, a lot of testosterone fueled guys DO act like high schoolers even when they are in their 20s & 30s (or more).

Just my opinion, but is there anyone who thinks the thread will make a difference? If mom & dad couldn't teach proper etiquette in 20 or so years of child rearing, what makes us think a "stranger" can do so in "140 characters?"

Besides, how hard is it to say, "I'm not running any specials. Watch for my ads. I'll post when I run them." 5 seconds? Honestly, I'm sure it's frustrating at times, but a large part of their job is fielding inquiries from prospective clients. Quickly dispatch those who show a lack of understanding and move on to the next as, threads like this will only serve to inspire some degree of drama.

The provider can handle this quickly and quietly. Nothing more than a rant here which will bring out antagonists. Again, just a perspective from another of the board's, "idiots." Be well and enjoy.
