Anyone HAS to wonder how you ladies continue to experience this in an environment where screening is pushed so hard...

I know... I know.... In a lot of cases they are younger and prettier as well as newer..... but set aside the fear of competition if you all really give a shit about each other.....

Come together and draft Welcome Message with information on screening, where to work, where not to work, who the current ones to avoid are etc...... Set up a panel and take turns volunteering and monitor the welcome wagon and new registrations and make a point of zapping it off to every new gal as they pop in.....

Include contact information for a few "Mother Hens" and look out for each other.....

Reading the alert threads as well as boards it seems pretty apparent that most new girls are learning in more of a trial by fire process.....

Some of you beat them up pretty good AFTER the fact for not knowing better.....

You could do more to look after each other by being proactive....
