Yes in the last 10 years I have gained a good 30 to 40 lbs. When I was skinny I lived off a diet of whisky, 2-3 packs a day of cigarretes and mostly salad.

I quit the whisky and laid off the cigs and I gained. Oh well! I exercise and try to eat healthy. I try to be my best for ME not someone that thinks if a woman is overweight that she should be labeled ugly.

OP, I'm with you B. I got a tight bod and like ladies that keep fit & toned. Nothing worse than some out of shape, overweight or soft & skinny ladies.

If your body is your business you need to keep your church sanctimonious so all us B's keep worshipping at your alter! Eat healthy, work out, drink in moderation if at all and none of them drugs.
