I agree that giving references is part of the job(the only exception being if someone makes it very clear to both clients and providers that she does not use the "vouching" system as part of her screening and has no intention of taking part in it in any way).

I wouldn't have bothered to mention it but since Max brought up the vouching thing...one of my pet peeves is when I DO get a reply and it's along the lines of:

"If I ok'ed him on P411 I'm sure he's fine." - oh really? because when I get in touch with a potential clients ok's sometimes the girls are like "oh, thank God you got in touch...he wasn't violent, LE or a thief but he was ***** and ***** and if I had known he ***** I would've passed on that appointment.

or if the client doesn't join P411 and would rather go through all the hassle of giving refs, waiting for them to get in touch with his prospective new provider and then wait for the prospective provider to get that email(if his ref actually replies) and write him back saying he's good to go and FINALLY pinning down an appointment if his time frame hasn't already passed or he just settled for a BP bait and switch girl that doesn't screen.


Every little detail helps in a reference...did his balls smell gross and musty so I should expect to take an erotic(and cleansing) shower with him? Is he shy and needs special attention? What does he physically look like so I can be sure he didn't let a buddy borrow his account? Etc.

Oh and having said that- it should be a GIVEN that those kind of details remain between the two providers. I had a girl(she's retired now) tell one of my repeat multi hour clients word for word what I told her so that she could *try* to steal him away. For the record he was pissed at me(his breath was atrocious and I gave the girl a heads up among many compliments of what a nice guy he is etc. ) and never saw me again...and decided she couldn't be trusted so he never saw her either.

I love P411 sooooo much...it means a lot that Gina can remain fair and objective to both clients and providers. I kiss her ass every chance I get, I'm just so grateful. LOL.

i'm just chiming in because i'm bored and needed a bit of drama. i really have no dog in this fight, though a)i really thought someone was calling Maci out for once on her threADS and b)Maci and Maxeen really needed to settle this via mud wrestling.

I also don't want to criticize Maci because as the old proverb says, don't burneth any bridge or booty you may later need to skeeteth on.

Always good to get the details about someone BCD before you see them. An OK is not enough. They may have bad breath or just not be much to look at. You just have to be careful out there.

It's not discussing "details" just for the fun of it...if you were a girl all alone in the world and putting your safety and health at risk every time you open the door and there was ANY way to make you feel a bit more informed about what is on the other side of that door then wouldn't you wanna know?

It's not like I look for information that doesn't impact me directly- if someone's breath is a crime against humanity and he loves to kiss I'd like to know what I'm getting into if other girls have already been exposed to it and could give me a heads up.

Ok.. I admit it .. I am a noob when it comes to "Management" in this industry. But with all the noise recently on MINT , I looked at the website.

Maci seems to be a Mint Girl now.

Could her "Management" have been behind this Skullduggery?

If I sound noobess then I am not insulted.

If I gave the impression that I think a P411 provider OK is always an adequate substitute for a direct reference, I just want to clarify that I don't. I was just pointing out that a large segment of the community (subscribers to P411) sees that ignoring a request for feedback on a client is unacceptable - as evidenced by P411's policy of suspending a provider when she fails to provide that feedback.

Providers will establish whatever screening criteria they feel comfortable with. I have no dog in this fight. I've seen Maci and Maxeen BCD, and as far as I can remember I've never asked either for a reference. But on Maxeen's general point about a provider ignoring a client's request for a reference, I think she's entirely correct.

I don't know if Maci works for Mint or not but I used to. I can say that I do not believe this is their practice at all. They are very good and helpful to local Indys. Always has been.

Leaving the originator and the "target" of the post aside..... and throwing away the histrionics..... the point remains this:

In our "community" we have gathered for a purpose and we have shared goals and expectations.

We expect the ladies to be current in their pics, services and pricings offered.
We expect gents to know the rules and behave accordingly.
We expect all to never NC/NS and if it does, to have a darn good excuse and an effort to make it right.

AND we expect all to help protect our real identities and to provide for our mutual safety.

The vouching system is about that mutual protection, first and foremost. (Secondly about making sure the appointment would be a good match - more on that in a second).

ANY Provider on ECCIE has an ABSOLUTE right to NOT give vouches.... HOWEVER, that is against the norm and the expectations here, and IMO, anything that goes against the norm and expectations in a community is best handled by being upfront about it. We have less stress and drama that way.

I EXPECT the ECCIE ladies to provide a reference on me.... and I expect it to be fair and accurate... If that is not going to happen, I would like to know up front, so that I may make an informed choice.

As to the second part of the benefit of references.... each of us have unique tastes... and not all of us share those tastes.... if you are such a hobbyist and you are booking with a new lady, and she discovers during the referral discussion that the two of you are NOT going to be a good fit (for whatever reason), then you are saved a potentially less than enjoyable session. (I can use myself as an example.... I DO NOT like to be called "DADDY" during a session, ever... let us say I booked with Suzy Q and in her checking with my reference they discover that Suzy Q calls everyone over the age of 30 "daddy", and she is told of that by my reference, then Suzy Q can quickly change her name calling or suggest I see someone else.....)

All of us have benefited from the vouch system. The Coed Discussion is a great place to talk about "exceptions" to the expectations......

I have to get a new boob job. I contacted my original doctor and let him know the issue. I asked about rate and warranty. No warranty and rate was the same I paid 14 years ago. I researched and found an awesome doctor much closer and for 3 thousand less. Ok. No brainer.

Go see new doc and he tells me there is a warranty from manufacturer because there are two suppliers and they both offer it. I get to save more money! Yay! BUT ihave to get that info from my prior doctor. Ok. I call and explain. . . .dead air. No return call. No info. Nothing.

When ladies want to know who to go see guess who I will refer? Guess,if I ever choose to add anything else to my body, who I will go to? Guess how frustrated I am with my very expensive doctor in Dallas. Guess how many people I will let know.

Off topic, I know, but... just to clarify for those who may be confused by other posts:

A lady's presence on RisqueBB.com doesn't necessarily indicate her affiliation with Mint or Marco. There are many independent ladies with profiles on RisqueBB.com who have never spoken to or associated with anyone from the agency. The site is merely one more avenue a provider has to advertise her services and doesn't indicate the existence of "management."
