A major flaw: no comments should be allowed under the reviews. It's one thing for a fella to review a lady, but to have numerous fellas chiming in on their opinions? Give me a sweet break! Why is that? The only person allowed to talk in a review should be the REVIEWER! Once you open the board to the sadists to comment, thats where you have the drama. CLOSE THE COMMENTS SECTION UNDER THE REVIEWS!

As far as the board in general and the "rumors"... lets just say this... with very little time spent on this board, you can EASILY figure out who the guys are that will always be starting shit... to avoid this is simple... the ignore feature. Rest assured that you will never be able to change the feathers of a bird... so why try...
This site is as useful as you want it to be... but you need to dissect the posts and take what is useful to you , and throw the rest of the BS to the trash. There are those who will post just to hear themselves speak. Whether or not their posts ad anything meaningful to the general mass's , that remains to be seen... But lets not forget what the main purpose of this board is.. a review board. As a review board is does serve the purpose of an advertising venue for the ladies that choose to use it for that, and with that you may be able to also make some decisions, based on their posts (which do reflect aspects of a persons personality) on who you wish to see.
As far as the board making changes, I dont see that happening for one reason... the board is what you, the membership, makes it... if you want it to be about goo d solid information, then put some out there... if you want it to be a primary source for advertising, do so, and by getting more ladies to sign up makes it more viable as an ad outlet.. but if you want it to be the online forum version of desperate housewives, keep going down the path of whining and bitching about every rule, post, and person on here... We as mods have tried, and tried and tried, to get this back to being what we know it can be, and for the most part, I really think this board serves a useful purpose in our area, but the constant bashing and acting like a bunch of immature little children will do nothing more than push people away, and thats ENTIRELY the fault of those who have other ax's to grind... whether it be with other members, staff, admins, or providers that are on here... Speaking strictly as a user, I find the benefits I get out of this board far outweigh the drama. And I have learned not to let the latter bother me and to avoid getting embroiled in them.
