Let's start with the brownie point comment. Why would I need brownie points when it's already established in another current thread that I have set my price so high as to deter any new business whatsoever? I'm interested why I would need or want brownie points from a crowd with whom I want nothing?

Why my opinion matters: I've known PID since 2009. That's 8 years. I have seen PID bcd maybe 5 times p4p and once off the clock for funsies at a party a few months ago. Apparently you have never met PID via standard Hobbyist / Provider means. (P411 request, pm asking for session) Rather you met in 4 times at socially.

The "5" sex acts you were NOT compensated nor did you request compensation. No request has been made for an overnight or dinner. Many providers refuse and are NOT interested in any time spent with a client without be compensated. This is almost always established in advance and scheduled.

You choose to meet the plantiff numerous times socially and you choose to enjoy adult beverages. You engaged in sex acts both private and public while enjoying adult beverages. It was only later after you were unhappy with the "relationship" and wanted to CHANGE the relationship that having sex while enjoying adult beverages in your mind became "rape"

RULING: There was no rape!

RULING #2 COMPENSATION FOR SEX

You had sex in the car with the plaintiff, then sex in a bedroom at a residence, gave the plaintill a BJ in public, had sex at a hotel room after drinks and dinner not once but twice. At no point during these encounters had you mentioned being compensated. It was later at another event you decided you wanted the relationship to change.
