That is a so true statement. Good Management equals Good Service in many ways, COMMUNICATIONS, this could be done by the provider if they would get their HEADS out of the CLOUDS. Could cut down on their NCNS's.

Thanks again for the many facets shared. I have worked on many fo the concepts and there seem to be some positives to go with the negatices and those have been recounted on bith sides. So I understand what the motivation can be and the need as well. Just stay safe ladies, how ever you choose run your business. .
