I've had a condom break on me once...I actually felt it break, sort of like sitting your bare vag on a balloon and popping it. It was with a guy I was dating for a while so the only real fear we had was me getting pregnant (babies ruin the fun).
Everything checked out, we were fine and no babies.

One thing about condoms breaking. Gasoline will weaken them, so use water based lube.

This is getting complicated. The 3 premium lubes on the Trojan lubricants site all say: This product is compatible with natural rubber latex and polyisoprene condoms. Not compatible with polyurethane or other condoms.
Fortunately, Kimonos are latex. Polyurethane condoms include Trojan Supra, Lifestyles Skyn non-latex, and Durex non-latex.

Broke =1 when I was 17- the second time I had intercourse. I was freaked.
Slipped off accidentally - a few times. I could tell. stopped and re-armored immediately.
