The average listed age of a provider is 27. I did not do a median (wher half providers are older and half younger) or an SD (never mind).
Anyway, we are fortunate to have that many providers in KC. It would be interesting to know what the average age of the clients ?? How strong of a driver is age in the selection of a provider? and how accurate is the age listed to the actual age ?some seem suspended in time). Deep thoughts, but since I went to the trouble to figure it out thought I would share.

In statistics & math, the mode is the value that appears the most. For your discussion, a few ladies in the 50's (and I happen to know there are more than 1) will throw off the commonly used calculation of average: the mean.
The median is also an average value: the middle point between the lowest number and the highest number without regard for the number of ladies in the survey.
From your numbers it looks like the ladies get out of the business as they age. Are you saying it is not a long term profession? Maybe the young ladies get a little money, and leave when they want.
We all know it is not a safe profession for the ladies.
