There is the option to post a specific block of time that you will be available if you aren't really available right now. If you won't be available for 3 hrs from whenever, you could start the time 3 hrs later from whenever you are posting. I think many ladies don't like posting specific time blocks.

In all seriousness though, I see some guys complaining about the available now feature, and honestly I don't understand where the conflict is. I have used it since it was added to the site and has worked for me great.
As some of us already explained this section allows the provider to specify what time frame of the day she is actually available.
All you (the client) have to do is click on her available now-AD (not her profile) to see the specific times she's available that day.

However, even if a provider is available at "anytime" or "Now" I would imagine that if you have NEVER seen her before or pre-screened with her before, you shouldn't expect her to agree to meet you "NOW" just because she's available, you might want to try with someone who you have already seen or screened before and you may be more successful meeting them "now".

Kudos to the guys who are thoughtful and professional enough to follow the right protocol thru p411 and take the time to send in advance:

- A pre-screen request- get approved
-Follow up and eventually send an Appointment Request with ADEQUATE advance notice.

To me that's ^ how every interaction and potential meetings should be handled.
Instead of the unnecessary back and forth through pms.
Otherwise it defeats the purpose of those features provided by the site, I'm pretty sure those features aren't there for decoration.

Btw sending an Appointment Request is beneficial for BOTH parties in the event that something doesn't go as planned (for ex. last minute cancellation or NCNS)

I mention this because it seems like not everybody requires an appointment request to set up an appointment, 3 out of 5 times I have to ask first time clients to send it.

I always require 1 day advanced booking to allow time for screening. If on p411 then I will make a same day appointment but I still screen and I am never available "now"not even for returning gents, I still need an hour or 2 to get ready.

OP should take that into consideration. I agree though that responding that late is not good TCB.
