What I'm saying is that since there is a certain price for a certain drug (IN CANADA), insurers are free from the burden of guesstimating expenses when it comes to insurance payouts. In other words, they are removed from paying for subjective doctors fees, room and hospital charges which constitute the majority of insurance payouts. Has nothing to do with what the price of prescription drugs is in America.
