From a reputable source: It's a felony to record someone in a sexual act without their expressed written consent. And it's and a whole other felony to upload it to any social media sites without their expressed written consent.
That also applies to all of you dickwads that try to record your sessions with providers and share it online.
Two separate offenses. Two separate felonies.

Careful there. You are passing on wrong legal advice or opinion. Recording is no more than taking bunch of pictures. Do I need written consent to take a picture of someone? Have you ever given written consent to take your pictures? Do you think Pamela Anderson gave written consent to film and release her sex video?
This is a moral issue more than a legal issue at felony level.
