okay, this will show what an old fart i am--- GREEN GATE -downtown SA i think i was around the corner from texas theater on St Marys st. back in the 50's-60's! OOOUUCHH!!!!

Hi,

Awwww, that's sad news to hear. He was a great guy. The first one to ever bring me a White & Gold Teddy Bear to sleep with at night and not to mention his generosity. He would, also, leave vegetables from his garden at my door step in the mornings! He did make sure I got all my vitamins back then which has paid off to this day! I should have listened to him but I was young and wild.

How sad!

I didn't Lipsticks, Jersey Lillys, Horsing Around or the Carousel club...amongst others that were her and there. And that club that was off Perrin Beitel for a while...Club Lexus..

Used to like the DJ at TOP of the strip. He used to be real funny. He looked a lot like Flip Wilson, and he worked there many a year. There also used to be a tall brunette there who went by "laura" and then "Dragon Lady". She had the highest longevity of any stipper I've seen. She worked in the Lamp Post starting about 1971, and as of the mid nineties she was still dancing at top of the Strip. Jed
