TRUE .... What you left out, is that these numbers reflect a group that is uneducated, in a "poverty" income bracket, between the ages of 13 to 29.

A Provider that had a " Black Only" policy would be LESS diseased, since the number of White Hobbyist with HIV is significantly higher.

Being a mid 40s AA male, i remember a time when interacial hook ups were less common (accepted?) than they are now. I lived in Nevada for a bit in the mid eighties and went to the "World Famous" Chicken Ranch where I was denied service due to my race. I was told the only girls who would do black guys was off and that I had to go. the biggest thing that pissed me off was it was a long drive in a rental from vegas that was wasted but if that's a girl's preference i don't harber hard feelings about it. But from that experience, I always let a provider know ahead of time, before we even meet my race so there isn't any confusion or uncomfortable moments.

Texasfeet, I can certainly empathize. Its good not to give a lady any surprises she might not go for. For example, I usually state how cheap I am upfront. Its cool that you didnt get defensive and testy too. Stereotypes exist for a reason, and the only way to stop it is to not conform to a stereotypical behavior.
I read recently about a Muslim dude in America whining about stereotypes about Islam. Then he beheaded his wife!

But back to the topic at hand here. I know black girls who won't see black hobbyists. It seems providers are less likely to be attacked or shortchanged by white dudes.

I too have been stereotyoed; a couple lovely Latin ladies told me they thought I was a cop because I was white! They hardly ever see white dudes for fear of being arrested, they told me.

Edit- also it is no secret that Magic screwed around with other dudes. But he never infected his wife. Dont you think thats a little odd? Maybe his wife has some European genetics somewhere in her ancestry that made her resistant to the disease.

Man, Texas must have all the knowledge, b/c it skipped Colorado about Magic being bi-sexual. His wife (Cookie) may have European blood in her, but doesn't just about every American Black or White?

White people, or those who are not full bloodedwhite but have some European ancestry, are not necessarily immune, but are more resistant to catching HIV. Those with Scandinavian descent are extremely resistant to HIV, according to some sources I read. Of course, the PC police don't like to hear stuff like this.

Anyone know any heterosexual whites who dont use unmentionables who have HIV/AIDS? Didnt think so!
