Just for grins counted up massage places within a few miles of 1960 and Jones that I am familiar with:
L0 13 shops
L1 9 shops
L2/3 7 shops
This can easily double if you look out a few more miles.
If memory serves, it has been years since a shop closed (Crystal on Jones, now reopen as P&B and a couple on 1960). Oh, there was Candy on 1960 but understand that was landlord problems and not LE. Sometimes they change levels (e.g. Topcare to A+ or Imperial to GQ).
Not saying things can't change, but as for now it seems business as usual, and plenty of it.

PT .... Pct4 is jammed with underforced and newby replacements.

Too many "shoot outs" with everything from shoplifters cornered during a getaway to domestic calls that smell of ambush with overtones of wokism. Priorities fluctuate particularly during "epidemics" and claims of "defunding" LE.

Personally, I have a lot of respect for Pct4 and HCSO. Think they do a great job with the resources they have, and sure wouldn't want to be in their shoes. Not just the bad peeps they face but the media. Very tough on a group that (mostly) is doing a great job trying to do the right things.

That is a fact. And when they open back up don't expect them to tell you they got busted, it is bad for business. They will open up again so fast it will seem like business as usual.
