Good bones on his part and he might as well get used to it until appeals are over. If he wins in the end, then kudos to him and he deserves whatever compensation from the state appropriate. I wouldn't even call a small raise pre-flop if I was holding his hand though.

Persons resist daily for far more serious crimes than those in this case and survive. Was Floyd a good guy? Probably not in the normal sense. Did his crime warrant the disproportionate response? The jury said know after a legitimate and lawful trial.

By the way, no rational (not based on opinion) response yet as to why the verdict is a travesty of law.

The only travesty here is what Chauvin did to Floyd by kneeling on his neck for nine minutes and killing him. That was a travesty.
