i ask for pics on guys with no references or newbies, they always oblige. Bottom line its for my comfort level. I need to know you are who you say you are when coming to my door. Cause if the pic isnt the same as the person knocking, there is no opening my door. And fyi no one should be discussing rates or menu off site. unless you can confirm they are are on the up and up.

All I do with the photo is make sure the guy that shows up at my door is the guy in the pic, create a nickname to save him under and use his picture as the contact and delete it. Otherwise I can't imagine what could possibly happen with it. I can only barely sorta kinda understand why guys are uncomfortable sending pictures but if you're willing to contact me, come to my place or invite me to yours and spend time with me I don't understand how a simple selfie is life or death lol. Who do you give your address to that you've never met? All I have is a phone number more than likely from some texting app and I could care less about where you work so you gotta give me something. Having strangers show up to your place is already nerve racking so doing it without AT LEAST knowing what the person looks like sounds like an anxiety attack waiting to happen haha
In this age of review specials, guys paying for okays and good references and pimps; how can you expect ladies to see you with literally nothing? No photo, you don't want them to have your RL name or work info, don't feel comfortable telling them the type of car you're in, nothing? You just hit a girl up and tell her you got $150 and that's it? Nah haha

It's your business and you can choose to run it however you want to.
Potential clients can choose to contact you and if they want to see you then they have to follow your rules.
However by sending a pic, or license, a work number or anything else it only exposes me to risk (whether or not you think it does or not). I get nothing from it other than I get to see an escort. There isn't anybody out there I just HAVE to see anyway so I would refuse that request and just see somebody else. Just the thought of my pic attached to my number saved in an escorts phone makes me cringe. I can't imagine anybody with common sense who has been around for a while would send pics to an escort. But like I said....it's your business to run however you choose to run it.

Some women require it some don't.

I've never disrespected, harmed, or been "a headache" to a provider that I've seen. EVER! As a matter of fact, I have often been on the receiving end of such behavior from providers. No showing, pulling bait and switches, trying to scam, being rude or disrespectful during sessions, etc. And even still, I've kept my cool and did not lose my shit when I could have. It's just not worth the energy it would take. A piece of pussy or a bj doesn't mean that much to me to take it there. So let's stop the ridiculous notion that if you don't want to send a pic that you must be out to harm or cause trouble.
And again, NO a provider's comfort will not trump protecting myself. What person in their right mind would do something they feel would potentially put them at risk just for the "comfort" of a woman they have never met and know absolutely nothing about? That makes no sense at all. Most women here wouldn't piss on us if we were on fire if we did not pay them to do it first. Lol. But I'm supposed to be willing to compromise myself for her supposed "comfort"? Nah, I'll pass on that. I have no problem with whatever measures a provider takes for her own comfort up until the point that I feel it starts to impede on my own comfort. Once it reaches that point I draw the line.
Comparing a provider updating her pics to a client sending a selfie is not the same. You willingly put yourself out there and keep updated pics because you are selling something that you want people to buy. It's advertising. It's a necessary evil to attract clientele so you can make money. And if you have outdated pics, you will get negative feedback for "false advertisement" which will again hurt your ability to make money. Let's not act like it is some noble gesture that you do for the community. You do it b/c you need to do it for business purposes.
As far as "turning a lady on", you don't know me and I don't know you so no need for the childish insults.

And this is exactly why guys shouldn't provide it. This provider is documenting all of her illegal activities and linking photos to phone numbers. She's a vice cop's wet dream.
The absolutely absurd part of this is that no matter how many times these providers talk about their comfort level, they're unable to comprehend that a photo doesn't do anything to increase their safety. They have no idea whether the guy showing up will be the guy in the photo.

Very well said Crock. Also, what about this:
The guy sends you his picture, he shows up and IS the guy in the picture. Then that guy turns out to be a cop.
It's kind of like when a provider asks a guy "Are you affiliated with law enforcement?" The guy can lie, just so you FEEL better and gain a better comfort level. It's really creating a false sense of security.

If you think cops are interested in your picture, you're wrong. They can't do anything with your photo lol. What are they gonna do? Go through a provider's phone and try to arrest the guy named "Motel 6 Euless?" They don't care lol

Crock and The Oracle made good points.
This lady states that sending a picture is mandatory. At this point in time, I can't see sending a picture to anyone for their screening. So I'll pretend I'm a newbie; and I look at the provider's ECCIE Bio Page from that perspective. There are two reviews even though the account has been active since January 2017. Why would I want to send a picture here?

How much more wrong could you possibly be? Pics, phone numbers, texts, eccie handles...all pieces to a puzzle and it's absurd to provide a photo to a provider....like totally stupid and careless.
You have no idea how that info could be used by different agencies with different agendas, and putting your face to a phone number, and maybe text messages and eccie or p411 handle is just being dumb.

If you are brand new in the hobby, sending a pic is part of MY screening process. If you don't like it oh well tough shit on to the next one.
Why you may ask? My typical response would be "cause I said so don't question my business" But if you must know it just gives me an idea of whom I'm meeting. when you are verified already, I have a basic idea of you by your profile and info I've found myself online but when u are a new there is nothing to find so a picture is helpful just for my heads up
This is my way and reasoning with requesting pics. It might be different to some but its just how I prefer to run my business

This is an interesting conversation. Crock, LA, BLM, Oracle and others bring up good points from a man's point of view. One more I'd like to ad is--
LADIES who request pictures ALWAYS like to keep pictures/contact information/DL/address, business cards, just in case the client considers posting a NO review.
Of course he wouldn't write a NO review if the lady KNOWS him--where he lives, his DL number.
That's one of the reasons the ladies want to KNOW who a client is too, in case he says something about a session they disagree with (MANY LADIES who request pictures in other cities I've hobbied also have a NO-REVIEW policy (more like a No-Bad-Review policy, especially when TER was still up). Who, after having a bad time (it happens) is going to write an honest account of his subjective experience, if his entire life can be looked up by an upset lady.
I respect all ladies. But you know this is true, you know the 2nd biggest reason you want to know a client's identiy is because you want to have control over what's said or not said after a session.
