If you are gonna comment about my post get your shit together! The following mentions nothing about date or time! So if Z followed the rule he would have closed his OP.

Now OP's argument is his post was to see if there was an interest in said event. Still an advertisement for that event. So should have been closed. Further communication would be via PM's or email.
