My attitudes towards tattoos have been molded more by my experiences outside the hobby than in it. Of the 10 best ("civilian") lovers I've ever had in my life, the best had no tattoos, but 7 of the remaining 9 had 1-3 "tasteful" tattoos (not too big and hidden by clothing)... Those 7 were so good in the bedroom that for a while my cock would twitch a bit knowing a lady I wanted to get to know more intimately had tattoos... it was sort of a Pavlovian thing, where "this babe has tats" was associated with "this babe will rock my world in the bedroom".

Since then (maybe because so many providers have tattoos, and for the last decade or so my sex life has been restricted to the hobby vice civilian dating) that conditioning has worn off. A nice lower back tattoo always turns me on (it tends to focus my attention on a lady's figure and ass), but for me to find her attractive a lady can't have too many tattoos, and ideally they have to be only visible "in the bedroom" (i.e., they're hidden by most clothing). If a lady looks like she's going to audition for a movie or TV adaptation of the song "Lydia the Tattooed Lady" I'm more likely to think, "Gee, she has such a nice body, why did she deface it with all that ink?"

That said, if a lady has enough stellar reviews I can see my way clear to ignoring her ink. It's a case by case call.

Piercings? I don't run into them enough to be turned off by them. (The vast majority of ladies I know have their ears pierced, and that's about it.) I'm ok with nipple piercings (other than wondering what to do with them if I'm kissing/sucking a lady's pierced nipple), and the few genital piercings I've run into so far have been more fun than a turn off.
