Plenty of good advice here. Follow it. And to the dude in question - seriously, you are risking a total personal shit storm so you can feel like a big shot controlling a young hooker?? What a low life, dude.

Before you consult with an attorney for defamation claims or anything... remember he still has info on you.
He might lose that case but he can still out you.. so be prepared for that and the fact that once he does, you need to unload both barrels on him. Go to his firm and let them know..
he has more to lose than you.
remind him of that

Why why why, would you tell this woman NOT to talk to an attorney?
Then you advocate outting him?
How do you know he has more to lose than she does? She could be charged with extortion...she could lose her kids...she could get sued.

What the heck!!!!!!!.....That is just so sick. What freaking kind of Man would do such thing. Let me know who this person is and I will expose him. Men like him make this community dangerous and hard to do business.

To be avoided:
LE visit, blackmail accusation, kids custody review, a violent confrontation with the guy, all these not too probable, but you never know... being the most probable: the guy continuing his squeeze on you.
As it looks:
If you do nothing, then nothing will change except for the problem/risks getting heavier.
A lawyer can write a letter for you for just a few $$, asking the guy to desist in contacting you or seeing you. This should be more than enough. From there, anything can be legally exposed/defended as his obsession toward you and his frustration for the rejection and keep you out of trouble. A high profile guy will probably be smart, maybe not intelligent but mostly smart, and he will understand the risks of this blowing in his face.
Just don't allow the fear in your life.
;-) Good luck!

All good suggestions. There are plenty of lawyers who will discuss this with you, make a call and then send letter if necessary. For a small fee. If any.

Email him a link to this thread. He will have to consider all the above. That should end it.

^^hell no.
I would not email him shit.
In fact if I were you I would get a restraining order against him and tell him to go fuck himself.
The more weak and scary acting you are, the longer you will be his bitch.

Just consider the source. Mr. G oPop py.com was the one who demanded Wakeup produce a TDL to "prove" he was actually outed, and the provider who outed him should be reinstated until he does so. Guess the fact that many here know each other personally never entered his mind, AND with that attitude, I doubt many want him to know more than that.who would want him to know any more.
Krystal, consult an attorney. Both LM69 and LD give sage advice, but you should be aware Restraining Orders for (non-divorce related) domestic squabbles aren't often issued in Texas, absent proof of imminent threat of physical harm.

Yep, and they are public record. Regardless, consult an attorney.

Listen to LilMynx - talk to an attorney. This guy is a jerk who's taking advantage of you - a letter from an attorney will scare the shit out of him and make him back off. It sounds like he has plenty to lose.
