"Officials: General Fired Over Alcohol, Sex Charges By Lolita Baldor
WASHINGTON (AP) -- An Army major general with U.S. Africa Command has been relieved of his post in connection with alcohol and sexual misconduct charges, defense officials said Thursday.
Officials said Maj. Gen. Ralph Baker, commander of the Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa, was fired from his command last Thursday and he was fined a portion of his pay by Gen. Carter Ham, head of U.S. Africa Command, after an administrative hearing and review. The officials said Ham lost confidence in Baker's ability to command."
Wow, they really must be incompetent if General Ham was fired in 2012 and he was still commanding in April, 2013! That happened to be his last day in the command and he couldn't have possibly "retired" since he had only served 39 years in the U.S. Army.

Hindsight is 20/20, but Obama and Clinton must be incompetent if they didn't use their crystal balls (and teleporters to send troops instantly to Benghazi) to "know" that this was the important one to watch (after all IBH knows it now - how hard could it be?) out of almost 300 potentially serious security issues identified by the National Counterterrorism Center in the six months prior.

Yeah, but they are sure to seize on the part about crystal balls and teleporters!
Besides, there are more and more indications every day of Tea Party and NRA funding ties to the Omar Abdul Rahman Brigades that perpetrated the Benghazi attacks. When that comes out in full all these wingers heads will impode.

Ham was prematurely relieved of command, and he departed.
"Defense Secretary Leon E. Panetta announced Oct. 18 that ArmyGen. David Rodriguez would succeed Gen. Ham, about a month after the attack in which U.S. Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens and three other Americans were killed at the U.S. Consulate. . . .
"The speculation that General Carter Ham is departing Africa Command (AFRICOM) due to events in Benghazi, Libya on 11 September 2012 is absolutely false. General Ham's departure is part of routine succession planning that has been on going since July." Gen. Martin Dempsey, Chairman of the Joint Chief of Staff, said.

That's the public story, but then so were the White House talking points blaming Benghazi on a video tape. And as everyone now knows, except for brain dead libertards, "The video tape was a non-issue in Libya," said Hicks.

That's a weak libertard deflection, austxjr. High salaried government officials are supposed to govern and make important decisions using foresight, not hindsight.

Odumbo is so overly reliant on his teleprompter that he probably believed it was a crystal ball.

CBJ7 started a Benghazi related thread? Haven't we had enough of these?
I'd still like to know HOW they knew they couldn't get there in time, and so decided to just let the Ambassador be killed. "Hey, our outpost in Benghazi is under attack. They may kill our Ambassador! We should do something! Oh, damn! Look at the time. We can't possibly get there, besides, these things are usually over in 9 or 10 hours anyway. No sense going there now. Well, Ambassador Stevens, sorry, dude. At least we thought about trying."
Seriously? Is this the thought process in this administration? Yeah, Mr. President, I hope you get those "folks" that did this, when it's convenient for you. I mean, I'd hate for you to have to miss a fundraiser.

LOL! Now I KNOW that came from the Obamatron in Chicago, CBJ7! Perfect hair-splitting and re-arrangement of the truth!
Tell them there is at least one Obamaton that never misses a beat! The talking points come through loud and clear to CBJ7!
