Nothing is truly safe, handles compromised, identities stolen, LEOs flip providers for stings and get client lists after busts, its all risk management. A vareity of tools are good for that purpose... however its her business and her body and whatever she wants to do... meh. "foolproof" methods are the sign of a fool!

If she wants to hire a "screening consultant" I mean I can charge by the hour for my time and information as well

You are right SG. Be careful. The LE and the mean guys neither have the patience to take the introduction slowly, nor the patience to let someone get a personal "feeling" about the encounter. When you talk to the guy first, your feelings, or sixth sense, can tell you a lot.
