A buddy of mine once tried this prostaglandin gel that works the same way as the injections that you can do. He told me it was a gel that you would "inject" down the urethra (obviously without a needle) and then massage it in a bit. He said his dick would get hard no matter what else was going on - it was impossible to stop it from getting hard and lasted a couple hours. The plus side is none of the side effects like the pills since it is all local effect. I would do the injections if I could get them - it is a tiny little needle that you inject at the base of the shaft. I might see if I can get my doctor to prescribe me some to try it out. I'll let you know how it works.

i am 63 and have used viagra for many years. if you do split the pill you will not have some of side effects

i've tried a few for recreational purposes and while i do notice my hard on is harder when i take one i do not find i can get hard again faster right away to continue. My refractory period still happens without or without the pill

Lastly, nowhere on their site do they make any reference to insurance coverage. I'm betting it is cash, up front! this is a great thread. i have learned a lot so far. i have never personally tried any pills. but i have had the times i wished i had some. my down fall is at times i push to hard at work and go weeks with next to no sleep. then i get to point i just need to get a way and have some fun. after first time i am ready to go round two but parts of my body just laugh at me and are ready to sleep for the next week. that was frustrating when that happened. so i thought about the pills just to make sure that doesn't happen. i had no clue about the nasal side effects. glad i know about it now. now the hard part is seeing if my doctor will prescribe it for me.

Another bit of advice. Do NOT use them with a meal. They flat out lose their effectiveness. An empty stomach will get you the best results. I've used the blue pill a total of about 10 times and all 8 on an empty stomach worked like a charm and the 2 times I ate a meal around the same time I failed miserably...lol.

Another interesting side affect. I've been getting compliments on my size for the first time in my life. I was told that I was bigger than most and I'm like really? lol. I don't think I am but the pill sure helps in blowing up the balloon to its full potential for sure.
