Lol! Wow. You're clearly not following the Giuliani story very closely. The judge just waived the traditional 30-day pause to begin paying a defamation settlement, and he has been ordered to start paying up immediately. Rudy won't have a pot to piss in by this time next month 🤣

Bankrupt just like any other liar. They declare bankruptcy so they don't need to pay out, but they still have money stashed away to continue living their corrupt lifestyle.

Yep. Crusty, old pathological liars always find a way to get government handouts and avoid any kind of fiscal responsibility. But it's certainly nothing to celebrate or be proud of.

Are you... supporting the fact that the crusty faced liar isn't going to be paying their dues as decided by a court of law?

That's not the american way!

It's a cult. They'll celebrate trump and Rudy taking a shit on the American flag during the Super Bowl halftime show if Hannity tells them to.

While Giuliani may not have the financial resources to pay those who have sued him, bankruptcy will not shield him from paying what he does have, experts say, because he purposefully broke civil laws.

“If you owe somebody money and you get a judgment, you can get rid of that in the bankruptcy,” Snyder, chairman of the bankruptcy practice at Wilk Auslander, told Business Insider. “But if the judgment comes from certain things — like fraud, breach of your duties, intentional torts — then you can’t get rid of them.”

... What do you mean he "purposefully" broke civil laws?
He may've broke civil laws - but "purposefully" and even
"broke laws" will be decided on appeal.

That's the way the situation works... He has the right to
declare bankruptcy. ... You lads are aware of THAT, yes?

He has already been found guilty. He will have to put up a 148-million-dollar bond just to file an appeal. The appeal can only lower the amount he has to pay. But you know this, if you been following the case the way you say you are. Quit being so insincere!

I've already tried explaining this to him earlier in the thread. He's either being disingenuous or truly not aware of the situation.

Rudy has already been found guilty of breaking the law. All that remains to be decided is how much he owes, which right now, stands at $148 million.
