... Yes, it is.

And the protestour who killed him should be brought
to trial to face charges... Same thing.

And maybe THAT would be self-defence also.

No, it is not fair to say. Going after Rittenhouse because he shot someone would be revenge and truly vigilantism. The only way anybody legally gets away with shooting Rittenhouse, is if they were threatened by Rittenhouse and Rittenhouse was going after them.

Anybody asking that question clearly doesn't understand the law as it applies to self defense.

This why all these idiots at CNN and MSNBC saying that this sends a message to all vigilantes that they can get away with murder is a complete misunderstanding of the law and what happened here.

What the marxist nutcases at Xinn and MSNBC do accomplish - is to undermine teh authority adn Rule of Law - and teh DPST minions become convinced they are free to take vigilante 'revenge' on anyone whose beliefs/conduct they politically disagree with.
as informed by their LSM propaganda/ indoctrination.

the DPST OBLM/anti-fa terrorists - have Kyle Rittenhouse already marked for death
I firmly believe they will assassinatge him
and the criminals who commit teh murdr - will go scot free in a DPST subverted justice system.

The DOJ will intervene - and free the criminals who assassinate Kyle RittenHouse

and =- the terrorists Know it!

Once You Read These Lies About Kyle Rittenhouse, It Explains the Left's Meltdown Over the Case
What is incorrect about this statement is that the left created the LIES about Rittenhouse ... you know .... "White Supremacist" .... and Black BLM members who he shot .... (think about that for a moment .... the Lefties think that ALL BLM MEMBERS ARE BLACK!!!!) .... like waiters and housekeepers of theirs!!!! Of course they are experts on identifying "White Supremacists" based on their self-education and training....

.... while enjoying their membership in the Klan!!!!

Not if , in their mind, they thought Rittenhouse was shooting protesters indiscriminately.

I guess you believe OJ was defending himself when he killed his ex-wife and her boy-toy? Or do you think that killing was justified? You know? When your ex fucks around with another guy?

WTF wasn't watching the trial videos and listening to testimony.

If his 2nd shooter had killed Rittenhouse it would have been murder and probably enhanced based on him being a MOB MEMBER!

You have to know WTF's history on "murder" .... he still believes Zimmerman should have been convicted for Trayvon's death! Actually, his prediction was that Zimmerman would be found guilty of "something" in connection with Trayvon's death. He doesn't believe in self-defense...and doesn't know what it is.
