Donating blood is one way to test for HIV. If your blood is tainted, you will be informed of a reason they will not accept your donation. They are also testing antibodies from covid if you are curious if you have had it.

I get tested as part of my semi annual blood work does this over the counter test require you to draw your own blood. Yikes

The at home test from Letsgetchecked requires urine and blood. The blood collection is just a finger prick using a lancet and you place several drops in a vial.

I wish I could say I've never done bbfs with a massage provider, but I'm weak of spirit. I never ask for it or negotiate for it, but I think that if you're clean, in reasonable shape, have a good personality and give good conversation, and treat the girls nicely, eventually you will meet a woman you click with, and boundaries come down. They are human after all. I am fortunate to have never caught anything.
