a misfire? can you read? this happens over and over.. I cited one example, but I could recount pages of examples.. I don't have the time or will.

If you are so sharp minded and skilled, why don't you apply ? They're always hiring.

duh.. why would I work for a shithole industry? with fucked up co-workers for little reward? you love them so much, you apply.

These people work some crazy fucking hours and deal with all kinds of people with a stick up their butt over one thing or another.
I want to relieve them (and us) of that stress. you don't.

funny how the right-wing on this Forum suddenly turned on a dime, and SUPPORT TSA, after today's racial incident report, LOL.. you swamp-drainers WANT a huge bureaucratic mess.. irony and disingenuousness together.

Not a card Levianon. An unfortunate and sad situation by poorly educated people undoubtedly emboldened by the tone of the times.

really? the race card is what you glean from this?

ironic that I posted about my disdain for the TSA before this story was reported. more ironic is the reaction from "the Right". y'all were trending in favor of my view of TSA, now you seek to defend them, LOL.. once they were shown to be racist, it was like "no, I love what these folks are about"!

It's not the article but rather your intentions for posting it that I call it a "Race Card". TSA's investigation on this matter is an Internal one not one that involves the public directly.

I am calling out the OP for posting it as a "Race Card". It's an Internal Investigation we don't know the the true meaning behind it.

you stayed silent, like a good Republican does when confronted with uneasy subjects. that's how I know you support TSA.

How does this affect the traveling public? It's an internal issue with the TSA.

I think TSA screeners are part of a bloated bureaucracy, they do not "keep us safe".. they are smoke and mirrors bullshit, a design to look like the Government is attempting to right the failures of 9-11, when they completely fell asleep at the switch. like if Israel banned ovens after WW2, to make certain a Holocaust never happens again. extreme overkill. a simple metal detector, like Ball Parks and Concert Venues utilize, would be enough.. a TSA screener dubs you a Terrorist until you convince him otherwise. white, 85 year-old women in wheelchairs are screened as heavily as bearded 25 year old Muslim men. the whole system is insane.

your turn. please feel free to disagree. surely I'm a minority opinion? the Sheeple I see in the TSA lines don't seem to complain. they remind me of Slaves that made it to the Master's porch.. "yes, Suh, no Suh.. what ever you say, Suh"..

I have flown 764 legs(roughly 600 passes through TSA checkpoints) in the last 8 years.

TSA has not caused me one issue I have not deserved. One time, I did something relatively stupid which caused me to have to interact with TSa supervision. I did not miss my flight.

About 2 years ago, I got TSA precheck. All ought to get it if they aren't criminals, and fly at all.

Socialist take everything personal. I have friends that abhor the body scanners because they thing someone is looking at their profile and getting sexual pleasure from it. Seriously.

The TSA does a great job, and we have not had an attack specifically because of their professionalism and rule following.

The fundamental problem associated with setting up TSA like systems is that they have to be executable, and cannot be reliant on human judgement that cannot be tested/verified. Dumb asses who wholesale mock the system without taking account the constraint are just that, dumb asses.

I challenge you to propose a system that would replace the TSA. It would be good to get a demonstration of your mental prowess.

What's complaining going to do? Cause them to miss their flight and eat their nonrefundable airfare? Where have you been the last 18 years? Sure it's a bloated bureaucracy, that's why the swamp needs to be drained.

There are bad govt (or private contractors posing as govt) workers everywhere. You can't get your DL renewed by mail anymore. It's a fucked up mad house at the TX DPS. Fortunately its a once every 4 year thing. Set aside at least 2 hours and see if their online sign up system is functioning.

Remember that drive thru thread you opened? All you had to do was give them your cash back credit card. Save your money for da girls. Sign up for TSA precheck.

I still read articles where the TSA routinely misses major shit. Don't be hard on Chung he's trying to get to his destination just like everyone else. Part of the problem is there is no incentive for govts to streamline processes. This would cause people to lose jobs and govt can't have that.
