Advice on how to deal with a stalker

I've never even met this guy and my clients are receiving that stupid copied & pasted pm!


Like what NORMAL person has enough time to stalk 3 providers?
Has time to pm every OP of every ISO that we comment on....
like dude, get a life!

Since much of the harassment is online and involves pms and such, all of ya'll should file complaints with the mods, and he should be promptly banned. While that won't solve all issues, it will certainly resolve some of them, such as the cyber-stalking.

+1. Anything harassing coming via ECCIE should be RTMed. Same with p411.

Some ideas:

Do not respond to any communication from him at all in any way. Block his number.

If he gets a new number and continues to harass you, get new hobby phone numbers. Does that suck for established clients? Yes. Is your sanity more important? Yes.

New incalls. Don't know what you do in Dallas, or here either. But if you use any private incalls, consider changing when your lease is up, or paying a penalty and getting out early, or whatever you need to do. If you only use hotels, break any patterns you have. Every Dallas provider I see regularly in Houston has a hotel she prefers here. If you're like that, and he knows it, change it.

Consider options for self defense if you think he may get violent.

Consider pursuing a restraining order. It will cost money. You may feel that the courts will look down on you or blow you off since you are all providers. That's possible. But being a sex worker does not entitle others to mistreat you. Stand up for yourselves.

Resist any temptation to try to blackmail him, threaten him with outing, whatever. Keep your hands clean.

Sorry to say that it's an occupational hazard. All of this has happened before, and it will all happen again.

What if he isn't messaging us on eccie & p411... he's only messaging EVERY SINGLE OP to EVERY SINGLE ISO we comment on... but my girlfriend Stacy has kept all his stalking and crazy emails, texts & calls.

I've had a few clients pass on me while Ive been down here; even ones that have seen me before, because he's sending these pms.. WHEN IVE NEVER MET HIM. and of course no one WANTS to be in drama. I have responsibilities in order survive, just like he does and every human does and people are passing on me because of "drama" that they think is there. When In all honesty it's just a human being with his own self mental issues. That we don't even wanna be involved in...

He has done some more unmentioned actions. Ones that make us fear to even do daily public activities. Why should we keep looking over our shoulder because a client fell in love with a provider and isn't getting what he wants?
It's childish & down right stupid IMO..

So then you have to go back and ask all those OPs and anyone else you are aware of who received a PM from him to RTM the PM. The mods can decide if the number of PMs and their content are legit information exchange or amount to a guideline violation.

Such risks are to be taken seriously. Keep a running tally of all his texts or calls, this is the rare occasion u need a restraining order on someone. Just not sure if that will give the stalker more of ur real life info than u want it to. Best case scenario is u move locations, blacklist his number, eccie modes disable his communications as much as they can and for u, stop responding to the guy regardless of what he says. How the heck is he able to find u? If he doesn't stop then I'd say go the men in blue direction and they r pretty good at letting someone know not to bother u without putting ur privacy in jeopardy.

I'm not sure of the next step but surely an anonymous call to the sheriff's dept (not 911) or the district attorney's office will be a start. Call the DA office and ask for a female assistant DA.

Also....between 5 and 7 a.m. tomorrow morning, LL will be on here and add (or subtract) a lot more information with key operatives "quoted" for clarity.

Make sure you cut all contact with him. Do not poke the bear.

Do not respond to anything or give him any attention, it will only feed him.

Eventually when he realizes his tactics aren't working on you, he will find a new victim to prey on. Remember a stalker needs a victim, don't be that victim. I have dealt with this before and there is a reason I had to start all over again, brand new in a different city. Sometimes you just have to disappear.

But as far as legal recourse or actions to take regarding the board here, the gentlemen here can probably give better advice than me.
