I guess not. Its really a shame that the innocent people have to pay the price. In this case I'm sure a lot of kids that went to these things don't have anywhere to go. Who gives a shit what these kids do. This is Chicago's problem right.

I have faith that Donald Trump will make this right. He said he was going to clean it up. And he damn sure wont waste 55 million on a bunch of inner city thugs!

You would have thought Obama would have shown more interest in addressing the problems in Chicago. After all he was living in Chicago as a community organizer, then state politician then federal senator and went on to serve 8 years as president.
