the supreme court has even remanded cases because of racial disparity

and who among us doesn't know that the supreme court of these united (sort of) states is chock full of left wing ideologues who twist and turn and ignore meaning and the written law or constitution set before them in arriving at their foregone conclusions.

Justice Sotomayor even claimed racial superiority for herself and special abilities to judge all based on her race

and dims rail against Justice Thomas and demean him at every turn for his race because he does pay attention to the law

but now its un-American for trump to do what liberals have always done

trump comes along, and yeah perhaps in artfully, but nevertheless, with heartfelt belief in its reality, and opines that the judge has ulterior motivations
