Same wondering here? Why is this an upcharge? Girls don't upcharge self dildo play which involves their vag. Why charge this? unless it's domination which you would have a ton of equipment and is a session itself then yeah but they don't even upcharge that much coz some girls are bdsm by trade. I wouldnt really do something you're not 100% comfortable with doing in the first place.
