I've never liked talking on the phone in any aspect of my life. And as for the hobby, I only see verifiable reviewed providers, so the risk is very low in that regard.

But, I get what AJ says. And certainly, the first time I'm seeing someone, I definitely want an actual conversation for the final setup.

I'd prefer an e-mail intro. I did mostly phone calls back in the day... but times have changed and so has LE. I might take a phone call and verify on the spot, but that's a long conversation IMHO. I prefer the email. I screen a gent and then do a quick 45 second phone call for verification. No big deal....

I will say that screening via a text with me is TOTALLY a PITA for both the gent and for me. What a horrible way to start off!

Send an email with general good times to reach you typically works best.....

As for the gents contacting me via text after we meet- yes, I am somewhat open to that. But I'm pretty paranoid and paranoid keeps me safe. Lol So it depends on how well I know a person.

I enjoy the "two call sysytem" whether it is one email with one phone call or etc etc. People develop habits..

I prefer to do screening and booking via email, text, pm's in that order. I don't take phone calls for initial contact or to do my screening but after screening has been done (by text/email/pm's) I don't mind a quick chat if the gent wants.

Have found email and call by phone works best for initial contact. Then text works best for repeat visits once we get to know each other better.

I have intial contact only via email as well and go to texting after I screen and ONLY before a date and nothing more.
