How do you know the DA didn't care to find the truth? I hate it when people post crap like that. I assume it was a jury trial and if it was did the jury not care about the evidence either?

The internet is overflowing with people who just totally ignore the results of months of investigation and evidence before a jury and just stat what they think happened as a fact.

And you should get the facts before you decide to post and contradict someone. You did not ever bother to find out that there was no jury trial. Our justice system today discourages jury trials. The push to get their kind of justice. If you paid any attention to the posts I make you will find I never speculate.

Less time for sure. The good boy comment was sarcasm. Likened it to the media saying the guy that got shot in ferguson was a good boy even though they had video of him being a thug.

I hear what you're saying. But often times, "months of investigation" is nothing more than window-dressing with much of that time spent actually doing nothing. The state and its legal arms are no stranger to apathetic behavior and a general lack of effort, which leads them to often make wrong decisions because it's easier to do that than to investigate deeper and find the truth.
