Setting the tone and "shape of things to come" requires an understanding of the purpose and design of the board itself and the guideline's under which it operates. Not many in this thread so far seem to demonstrate that.
Mods are in place to enforce those guidelines and in doing so can effect change. So can strong voices that can present information clearly within the guidelines of the board. For a lot of years that is where San Antonio has gone wrong.
Your strongest voices and MODs were cut from the same Pussy Worshiping stock and either did not understand the nature of the place or felt they could do as they pleased.
Now your only effective MOD is a guy from Fort Worth and the strongest voice that effected the most change here has been mine.
That's not "ego" or a swelled head.... That's just what I hear all the time from you folks as you blame me for everything you don't like. maybe it was not the change you desired but it served to show others that they too can have voice within the guidelines of the board.
In actuality there are a few more voices as loud and able to be heard as mine now whereas a year ago you really did not have them. Everything was happy, anything negative was swept away and any information not approved by the HappyPolice working for the PussyProviders was made to go away.
Now your information is a lot more accurate, relevant and finds it's way to the surface a lot faster. Even the negative stuff.
Anyway... I have a busy weekend so you folks get together and think about how to "shape the things to come".
I'll set some time aside for when Von is in town next and get back to you on what you can have and what you can't!

The member known as Whispers will not actually decide for everyone what the San Antonio forums will be allowed to be like, The Member known as Whispers will discuss desired change with a panel of respected members to be convened such as Mayor Castro, dearhunter, SofaKingFun, Pyramider, Simon Riley, chicagoboy, Savak, Wakeup, boardman and others who's voices are strong enough to effect change in any forum and can greatly assist in the rebuilding of San Antonio.
The MOD known as Von Spieler will not actually decide for everyone what the San Antonio forums will be allowed to be like. That decision was made long ago by the owners. The MD known as Von Spieler will consult with other MOD's, Admins and Owners when needed and actually due the job he volunteered to do. The MOD known as Mokoa will continue to sort.
The "Rebuild San Antonio Effort" will be funded by a grant from Still Looking provided the MOD known as Von Spieler is successful in lobbying the owners for a forum to be named "TS-SL's Safe Haven for reviews and discussion of information relating to our Transsexual Members"
When you folks come to a consensus on what you want it to be like, submit your ideas to Von Spieler and myself and we will discuss what you can have and what you can't!
