highly doubtful. Either dallas or Austin connection.

Fly from midland to Lubbock or Amarillo, you go to dallas

I have never flew from El Paso to the midland area, but keep in mind the time change here. In El Paso you are on mountain time, so traveling to midland/Odessa area you switch to central time. So maybe that's why it is saying the flight time is 3 hrs is because it's adds an extra hour. Hope that helps!

fly from ELP to Midland takes all day looks like same as driving .. YES / NO ??
There's not much to see in between El Paso and Midland. It's not the worst drive but it gets really flat, dry and, boring really fast, so if it were me I'd fly. You can drink, relax, have a meal while you wait in Dallas for your layover, but I've seen the road in between many times, so it may be worth checking out one time. Guess it all depends on weather or not you enjoy driving. It's also worth mentioning that when you start to get close probably an hour and a half away around Pecos your going to be driving in a lot of industrial traffic. There's lots of hauling going on around here, so if you don't like driving around a bunch of 18 wheelers doing 80 you might not like it. So for me its a decision between lounging around in airports semi drunk with a belly full of yummy food or driving down a long dry wide open space.

El Paso to Amarillo is non-stop, no plane change and then you could rent a car and drive to Lubbock and then Midessa. Fly home from Midessa.

Remember there is a 1 hr time change from mountain to central that accounts for 1 hour of the 3

I will not see a provider if she fails to put the name of the city she's visiting. I don't want to guess
