No one has mentioned the Big O. No list is complete without Oscar Robertson.

Eat 'em Up!

Now that is a shame. A team destined to fail, as several of Lewis' teams did ...

If you are only picking a modern day team, I would be hard pressed to fault those listed. However, I would create a spot for Dr. J and/or Kobe (I hate the friggin' Lakers) to be the 6th man.

With that said, a few of us are old enough to remember Russell, Chamberlain, Baylor, Oscar, West, Cousy, Jabbar and Hayes (What can I say, I had to include a Coog in this list).

Those just listed were from a different era. An era that for the most part was played beneath the rim. But those I just listed deserve serious consideration. They were that good!

1. Magic
2. Jordan
3. LeBron
4. Duncan
5. Russell
6th Man. Havlicek

and they would scrimmage against,

1. Stockton
2. West
3. Bird
4. Malone (Karl, not Mo)
5. Wilt
6th man: Walton

I would have Pistol Pete, Iceman, Steph Curry and Durant put on the halftime show, a game of HORSE.
And I would have Dr. J, Dominique Wilkins and David Thompson do a dunk off during time outs.

I like playboy's first team, but I would go with Shaq instead of russell. That second team needs some work, though...too many white guys!

had to put my input in

PG - Allen Iverson - very good ability to breakdown defenses and score

SG - Michael Jordan - yep

SF - LeBron James - could dominate the ball and be content moving without the ball, good team dynamic

PF - Larry Bird - Really wanted a stretch 4 here but bird is the best pure shooter so he works

C - Shaquille O'Neal - Needed someone who could snag rebounds and dominate the glass

Sub- Magic Johnson - could play all 5
Honorable Mention - Stephen Curry, at point, because in street ball he is literally a ready made streetball PG

Feel like my team has great potential to beat any team and Defend well
