Placement through the areole usually leaves the smallest available scar. The incision location is not overly critical to future functionality.
Implant types saline, silicon, or cohesive gel(gummy bears) are types used today. Saline and silicon are good options but are likely to rupture at some point in the future. There are tables of calculations with the percentages of lifespan for each implant for any given year after implantation available on the internet. Saline generally has the shortest lifespan with a significant number needing to be fixed inside of 10 years. My favorite is the cohesive gels known as gummy bears. They are made of a silicon gel that does not leak if there is a break in the implant surface. This implant is the only one out there that will likely last a lifetime. They have been used in Europe for many years and are being used by a few doctors in the USA. One of the main people in Texas is Dr. William Adams in Dallas. I think his package runs about 7.5k and he is a good board certified surgeon. These implants can be read about on the internet.
Recovery, under the muscle is a little longer than over the muscle. Either way, with a good surgeon, you should be able to go out to dinner the night of or day after the surgery. Good surgeons have a 24 hour recovery. Your return to normal should only be a few weeks.

And thanks to those who think hey are fine as are. But I am doing this first and foremost for myself. I've always wanted bigger tits. Shit, my mom has DD's. My whole family was blessed minus me. Of course they are all extremely overweight too lol. But my mom always said when I got older I would grow a set, large and in charge just like hers but sadly her premonition never came true.So considering I rarely ever do anything for myself, I have pretty much made up my mind to get them after considering what I have heard. Make sure you do your research. A good place to go would be the website justbreastimplants.com. I am not sure if any surgeons are currently authorized to use these specific implants in Louisiana right is why I suggest Dr. Adams.
