Glad you have finally found the DUTIES OF PEACE OFFICERS IN TEXAS.
Remember?
Those "duties" you claimed were barred by the U.S. Constitution!
Like "to preserve the peace" ....
So, the officer is standing there and someone is getting assaulted does the officer have a "DUTY" to interfere and stop the assault ... aka "to preserve the peace" of the victim?
Or are your lazy-ass friends and family who are "LE officers" afraid to stop assaults?
You not only can't read court opinions you are deeply ignorant of Texas law.
Is that because you're an internet lawyer like you're an internet "soldier"?
Still stuck on stupid are you? Still don't have a SCOTUS opinion re: "risk life"!!!
Are You and yours afraid to "risk" your "life" as part of your "DUTY"? I see!

So how angry are you? Would you say a little bit? Alot?
If the officers life is in imminent danger, he/she has no duty or obligation to intervene. This goes for law enforcement officers nation wide.
The Parkland Florida SGT got his job back with backpay. His department was wrong in terminating him.
Mr. Lexus Lover, I can continue this schooling, or you can continue to drown.
@Tbone- Wrong sir. I have only this account, and only this account. What you are accusing me of is totally wrong.
You gents have a swell day. AND WEAR Y'ALLS MASKS!!!

"I'm really appealing to every Texan to wear a mask. Science tells us it can help save lives."
