Is that your "PROOF" that there was no fraud in the 2020 election?
Mayor Daly did need "voting machines" to get FDR into the WH.
Neither did the DNC in 2020, ....
.... and didn't even need Bitten to campaign!
Example: PissLousy just blamed the Texas border issues on Trump!
Back to the OP.....Gnad ... check disbursement is by zip code.

I'm looking at the 70" Vizo 4K TV that I got for $699 at Costco right now. Its about 5 months old. Saw a 65" 4K TV at Walmart for $400 about a week ago. It may have been a TCL.
The big jump in price is with the OLEDs and Samsungs QLED. Sony has been overrated for decades. Saw a 65" Samsung QLED at Costco yesterday. Outstanding. Can't remember the exact price $1500?
When the 8K TVs come out I'll probably plop down for an OLED.
Are TVs like VCRs a couple of decades ago where there were only two manufacturers of VHS players and everybody just put their nameplate on it?
|
I did my research on the subject. The OLEDs can't be touched for under $3000. Too expensive for me with not much improvement over the QLEDs. Sony is probably the #1 rated QLED but overpriced in my opinion. I opted for the Samsung because of its ratings and Best Buy was giving a $400 gift card which paid for the wall mount, the mounting, and most of the cost of the soundbar/woofer.
I'm sure that maybe a year from now the price of my new TV will be in the $2000 range, if not lower. That's life in the world of electronics.

Sure you can. Just not a OLED in the 70" range. Costco has a Samsung QLED has a 70" QLED for $1300 right now. They have an 55" inch OLED for under 55"
Dunno if it was just a typo but last I read QLED was a Samsung only technology.

Just don't buy an LG. I spent about $1,500 on one and it only lasted a year and a half. When I took it to a TV repair shop and he said it would cost $200 to fix it. I told him to just keep it and keep my $50 deposit for the diagnostic work he probably spent less then 5 minutes doing.
That TV betrayed me. It was never going to be a guest in my house ever again. It was a nice TV though with a great picture. That's why I bought that piece of shit. LOL

Similar thing happened to me. Had a Samsung 50" LED. Wouldn't turn on. Coworker had same problem and told me he got them to fix it. Called Samsung. Samsung wanted $200 to look at to see if it was in warranty.
Looked thru youtube and saw guy fix Tv with same problem. Just had to buy some capacitors and soldier them in. Still have the TV.
Don't ask why.

The stimulus checks may or may not stimulate the economy. We will find out over time. One thing is for sure the Trump corporate tax cuts did not stimulate the economy. Trump's 2% GDP growth numbers are the same as Obama's.
Some direct deposits hit peoples bank account on 3-15-21 with a date of 3-17-21. I went to my local Dicky's bbq for some take out. The cashier told me her direct deposit was already in the Bank.

It did. Probably not yours. Most legitimate and reliable companies plan AHEAD for the kinds of investments, personnel decisions, and improvements that may have a positive (trickle down (you've probably heard that phrase before?)) improvement in the economy.
It was not only the tax cuts, but also removal of suffocating regulations and mandatory documentation that is required by those wasteful regs. Retooling and re-investing takes planning 4-5 years ahead and selective spending on quality improvements does as well.
It's too bad you voted for Bitten. You will regret it.
Have a nice day. I am starting work shortly.

I am not saying I got the best bang for my buck. I have a Samsung 65" TV. I wanted a 75" to replace a 54" TV So I ended up paying about $900 more for the 75" over a comparable 70". Worth it? To me yes.

My cadre of dirt poor FB friends in Michigan told me the checks had hit their bank accounts yesterday in the same manner. $1400 will make a difference to them.

When you said "Best Buy" you told me all I needed to know. I like BB but about 20 years ago they sold my parents a new computer system with a "gold plated" printer cable for $35. I returned it and swore to minimize my usage of them.

Tell me about it. I just had to have that brand new 4K ( years ago now ) and even though nothing was being broadcast in 4k, I thought OK, when it is, I'll be ready and when I finally did see 4k, it was "that's it"? So that $3000 TV can now be bought for about $400.
I just hope I live long enough to see Hologram TV in my living room but I doubt I'll ever see it.
OH, and I just checked with the IRS and they said my check will be deposited in my bank account tomorrow.
