I agree. I know women who choose to do this for a certain time to save up as much money as they want.
I always kind of made the mistake to be scared to do this as only profession. It is not the best approach to be honest. But i am like this , i can`t make my mind up to only do this or that a 100%. I feel trapped when i do. Plus, i aspire to have a connection with my out of the hobby career and the hobby. Be it as counselor or some kink approach. It will all fall in place once i figured out where i do want to live :-)) .... and with whom i want to live ;-)) ..

that is because a classy lady would not be a hypocrite or lead double lives like we all do at some point - more or less. (sorry it was a joke, just kiding...= )

I just don't agree that touting one's own strengths (however a person defines a "strength") equates to putting others down.

For two things: first , some people work hard for degrees. Why take credits for something you don`t have? But you are right, i could care less. Second, i was critizising some people`s marekting strategies. Exactly the ones that market themselves as superiour to other escorts. I pointed that out sufficiently. "Best GFE" and "Most intelligent escort" and "best sex ever" or "I look like supermodel and turn heads wherever i go because i am so much more attractive than anyone else" are such strategies. All the rest, who cares?

Why would it bother anyone? If they think they're superior - so what? It doesn't mean that they actually are. If anything, that sounds somewhat desperate to me. If you actually are "the best" or whatever, you certainly wouldn't have to brand yourself as such. People just know. Guys aren't stupid either, they know better than to fall for that for the most part.
I don't know, it just doesn't bug me I guess.

It's just how (bad) advertising works; you say you (or your product) are the best available. I suppose a more subtle or creative advertiser would demonstrate or imply this rather than state it outright. I can't remember seeing escorts use phrases similar to the ones you quoted, but if they did I'd find it too crass (particularly "best sex" or "best gfe") to actually be "elitist" or any sort of competitive threat to my business.

Or insecurity lol. If you're a dumb azz or a wack job, it will come out eventually. No amount of marketing will prevent guys who have met you from talking about how much you lack and how full of crap you are. A "No review" policy, does not mean a thing when guys don't have to abide by it. There is a reason so many high end girls don't want reviews lol, but that's another thread.

The child knows what car you came in, please retrieve my handbag from the car would suffice.
It could be said if you overtly try and be classy that is an oxymoron.
The statement quality or exclusive are probably more apt.
Just my.02.

My point exactly. Class is really not even a thing to discuss. If you have it you have it if you don't you don't. That is why I DO LOOK DOWN ON THE NEW MONEY people with no class. The only one I can think of and I despise is Kimora Lee Simmons. She has all the material things and treats people badly. A friend of mine worked for her and all she did was brag and throw her money in other people's faces. THAT is not class.

This thread and what it consists of reminds me of just how NOT classy all the women in the "Real Housewives" series are lol. They have money, success, power...some even fame, and act worse than any hooker I know. I mean I was not expecting much out of Jersey, but Beverly Hills?
Good lord...they are freaking animals! One is addicted to drugs and alcohol and does not hide it, another has an eating disorder, yet another is just a jealous 12 year old inside a 40 something body. Then you have the one from England who has the dog up her azz. Camille and Adrian are about the only ones who have their act together and stay out of the drama. Yes, I know all of the cast in every single one lol. Drama sells...class doesen't.

After watching those Real Housewives series, it is easy to see why men cheat on their wives!
Same with Kendra, I betcha Hank is banging some hot lil cheerleader right now....and don't get me going on those Kardashains.

haha yeah, those shows are a clear example that money is not synonymous with classy! Then again, I doubt a REAL woman of class would elect to go on reality TV. They want DRAMA! Classy women don't get into that.
Kanye said it best... you can pay for school, but you can't BUY class.

In USA many universities for psychology (except the CIIS in San fran) are so based on statistics and these kind of research, which scares me and is what i avoided all too long. well who knows? may be i am still escorting with 50 and bragging about having a degree :-)))
