this proxy war is night and day obvious. the US orchestrated it on purpose to cause this war. this is not Russia's war against Ukraine. it's Russia's war against warmongering US neo-con's who want to invoke regime change yet again on the biggest scale yet.and based on yet another US betrayal by reneging on the Minsk agreement at the breakup of the USSR.

No, this is Russia's war against Ukraine since it couldn't meet it's goal of securing it as a pro-Russia confederacy.

I don't think you understand the Minsk agreements. Weren't signed during the breakup of the USSR. The first was signed in 2014. None of the active participants in the conflict were in active compliance with either Minsk agreement.

If you want to go back to the Lisbon Protocol or the Massandra accords, ok. The history of Russia's aggressions against Ukraine don't begin with little green men invading Crimea or the Donbas. We could discuss Russia's violations of its agreements going back to Budapest and related agreements in 1994.

Russia killed any hope of reviving the Minsk agreements with its illegal annexation efforts and knew that when it pursued them.

I did. Love that you neglect to mention that Russia used them aplenty in 2014 and so did the separatists. They were lobbing Soviet made cluster munitions at each other with dud rates well over 10%

Russia, Ukraine and the U.S. have never been part of the treaty banning their use. As of a few months ago we had over 3 million DPICM rounds in our stockpiles.

The countries that banned them barely accounted 20% of the total stockpiles among those who didn't, like the US, the Russians, Ukraine, Greece, Turkey, China, India... ya know... the countries that had large amounts of artillery
