Vit C or Zinc overdose rarely cause life-threatening toxicity - but GI symptoms can occur.

Do not take meds in excess of recommendations.

There is no good evidence either of the meds touted are effective in either preventing, ameliorating signs, or effective in treating Wuhan virus.

You caught up on Better Call Saul? Season 4 is running currently.

Yeah. That's complete bullshit. It's pretty easy to pick up civilian pussy at a gym if you work out a lot like I do. All you have to do is look at their left hand for a ring and then put some game on them if you don't see one. I'll tell you what you don't do if you are actually a workout guy - you don't fall in love with midget hookers, you don't run from handles, you don't make empty anonymous bullshit threats to people on the internet and you are not a racist clown on a whore board with prior handles. How do I know this? Common sense, because you would have enough self respect to know to be better than that.

He claims that he jogs. That's what old people do. I'd never waste my time with that shit. All I do is high intensity workouts for my cardio. I don't jog like an old man like Unfriendly Fred is. Just like the midget hooker he is in love with, he is lying his ass off about his real age.

That's funny. They started copying and pasting after the 1st page. I stopped reading it after that because I didn't know whether it would just continue for 10 pages.

Thanks. I'm caught up all the way through S3. I didn't know S4 was out now.

Good information from a respiratory therapist:
CORONA Common Sense

Since they are calling on Respiratory Therapist to help fight the Coronavirus, and I am a retired one, too old to work in a hospital setting, I'm going to share some common sense wisdom with those that have the virus and are trying to stay home. If my advice is followed as given, you will improve your chances of not ending up in the hospital on a ventilator. This applies to the otherwise generally healthy population, so use discretion.

Only high temperatures kill a virus, so let your fever run high. Tylenol will bring your fever down allowing the virus to live longer. They are saying that Ibuprofen, Advil, Aleve, Motrin, etc. will actually exacerbate the virus. Use common sense and don't let a fever go over 103 or 104, if you got the guts. If it gets higher than that, take your Tylenol, not Ibuprofen or Advil ( or any type of anti-inflammatory drugs ) to keep it regulated. It helps to keep your house warm and cover up with blankets so your body does not have to work so hard to generate the heat. It usually takes about 3 days of this to break the fever.

The body is going to dehydrate with the elevated temperature, so you must rehydrate yourself regularly, whether you like it or not. Gatorade with real sugar or Pedialyte with real sugar for kids works well. Why the sugar? Sugar will give your body back the energy it is using up to create the fever. The electrolytes and fluid you are losing will also be replenished by the Gatorade. If you don't do this and end up in the hospital they will start an IV and give you D5W ( sugar water ) and normal saline to replenish electrolytes. Gatorade is much cheaper, pain-free, and comes in an assortment of flavors.

You must keep your lungs moist. This is best done by taking long steamy showers on a regular basis. If you're wheezing or congested, use a real minty toothpaste and brush your teeth while taking the steamy shower and deep breaths through your mouth. This will provide some bronchial dialation and help loosen the phlegm. Force yourself to cough into a wet washcloth pressed firmly over your mouth and nose, which will cause greater pressure in your lungs forcing them to expand more and break loose more of the congestion.

Eat healthily and regularly. You've got to keep your strength up.
Once the fever breaks, start moving around to get the body back in shape and blood circulating.

Deep breathe on a regular basis, even when it hurts. If you don't, it becomes easy to develop pneumonia. Pursed lip breathing really helps. That's breathing in deep and slow, then exhaling through tight lips as if you're blowing out a candle. Blow until you have completely emptied your lungs and you will be able to breathe in an even deeper breath. This helps keep lungs expanded as well as increase your oxygen level.

Remember that every medication you take is merely relieving the symptoms, not making you well.

If you're still not improving, then go to the ER.
Excellent advice.

Well, you were too scared to show up and find out, but I'll jog the same route right by the meetup spot tomorrow if you want to try your luck, pussy.

Also, she is petite but not a midget. She is far prettier than some fat bitch you might pick up.

Funny you posted that. My ex is a health nut and does not believe in sugar for our kids. I'm the exact opposite. I don't want my little angels to become the next Todd Marinovich as soon as they go away to college.

But to your point, I will drink a diet coke on occasion. I know it's bad for me but I can only consume so much water a day before I want a change. I drink so much water a day now to stay properly hydrated that diet coke is like a drug to me now. I need to go to diet coke rehab. I need an intervention.

Edit: What the fuck was this thread about again? I forgot the topic.

one year, my parents tried to slip me a diet root beer. i didn't fall for it. i noticed it had an off taste. i asked them is this diet root beer. they admitted yes.

At a restaurant, I did, however, accidentally pour a chemical sugar into my iced tea. i didn't notice the difference. it was a bit later when cleaning up, i looked at the sugar packet. it wasn't sugar, but it wasn't the common brands that use aspartame (tar), or saccharin (chlorine). this packet had sucralose (chlorine). this was very close tasting to sugar.

i used it maybe at least 3 more times before going back to regular sugar. If they have it, I get the stevia sugar, if not regular sugar. I use that at home.

stevia sugar is better than that chemical shit.

Clearly water is better for you than artificial sweeteners but sugar is completely poison with no nutritional value. I would say it is only indicated for someone who needs immediate energy due to malnutrition in an IV or a diabetic who is hypoglycemic.

Even then I would say eat an apple.

Numerous tests through the years have shown even high dosages of aspartame to be harmless. Drinking sugar sweetened beverages is absolutely less healthy than artificially sweetened drinks.

Like the asshole who posted above you, I also have trouble only drinking water. However, I haven't had a sugary drink in years.

regarding aspartame.. i think they are lying about that one.

its not what from i've read about a doctors account with president teddy roosevelt. TR was quite a fat guy and he was trying to lose some weight. doctor asked what he was taking to lose weight, TR said he was taking aspartame. Dr. almost had a heart attack upon hearing it. aspartame comes from tar and its poison when in-digested.

Very few things have sugar, it’s all HFCS now which is crap. Moderate natural sugars are no big deal.

I've never had a weight problem so I don't count calories or sugar or anything else. I just don't really care for sugar. My body just turns sluggish whenever I put too much of it in my body now. When I was a kid it was like a steroid, now it's more like a tranquilizer to me.

I agree - I eat plenty of fruit but it is slow release of the natural sugar into the body.

Processed sugar or HFCS spikes the glucose then the insulin response crashes it.

Processed carbs are essentially the same thing - I only eat complex carbs.

Maybe if you burn it off like Michael Phelps or a marathoner you need the concentration, but it just converts to fat for regular people.
