Thats why I joined a gym that offered Zumba, Body Pump, Insanity, Ripped 60, and a few more classes. I love classes, an hour goes by so fast. I can do eliptical, but I get bored after 15 minutes. I still do it, but I rather do a high intensity workout. I found out the only way to lose weight and tighten up is cardio and strength training. I will be sooo happy with 150-160, with my 5'7.5 frame that will put me right where I want to be. Then I might put 130 as my weight on here lmao.

Well the last time Sexy Cassie impaled herself on my highly sensitve and very-happy-at-the-time love stick the scale in my loins said 131 pounds. She worked off over a pound in that session, leaving me weak and happy. So 130 sounds about right to me....ijs

You are a guy, its only 45 pounds diffeence haha. guys never get these things right, thats why its so east to put 120 on the showcase abdn you believe it. I'm now full disclosure, and who ever don't like my age or weight then whatever lol. But to be that far off its just funny. Before my weight loss I was more saught after and had a great year. Now with a SD the few I see a week is fine. So I never said anything was wrong with thick, but be a little honest. I'm still thick, and don't really want to lose my thickness, I just want to tone and be a curvy delight. To be 5'7 and 130 is wayyyy skinny.
