don't know if the is appopriate but if you providers need a handyman discreet and very knowlegable but can't spell worth a crap 35 yrs construction exp PM if I can help. No reason to get taken by over priced contractors!

Dont care for tradeout ! In the business an see so many people get riped off mostly women ! so yes to make a fair dollar

i thought those were 2 different fields(??)
im pretty good at fixing broken items around the house but not construction

MsPrittiKitti; you are mistaken on the two different feilds. I have worked for 35 years for an overpriced contractor doing his/hers construction. one in the same. I am glad you can fix your broken things you are one in a few that can.but if you ever run into a 2000 ton centrifugal chiller you cant get started pm me the average home uses 3.5 tons of a/c Not trying to be a smartass.

great clarification!!
i thought contractor/construction was building, renovation, reconstruction
and handyman was fixing things broken...not building...
eh, glad im not a homeowner.
im not ready to take on those expenses

seems like were (us ladies) arent the only ones here for a dollar
