If your pics were watermarked properly, this would not happen. And that goes for all the ladies out there.

Ok, lets not say steal, because once you have put a pic on the net, it has been given away freely to everyone. Oh you can cite copyright law to me all day long, but really how many cases have gone to court for an image? Anyways...

The people that would claim a pic as their own will be too lazy to use photoshop to remove a watermark. They will just find one they like without a watermark. Think about it, if I have $100 in a desk drawer, and $100 in a wall safe, and someone knows about both, which one do you think they will take? The easy one, every time.

You cant have any lettering on ur pics on e.com

Please read their disgusting response to me....and I pay them 300 a year for membership...I'm beyond pissed off!

Your clients are submitting reviews about the escort who you say stole your photos. Our last email told you that you need to provide proof of copyright.

If you tell your clients to write any more reviews or emails about YOUR issue with this escort we will remove everyone involved from the site.

Jenna that sucks! I just ran into this problem as well. Some white trash stole my review from TER and is saying she is me on date-check and p411. So instead of just high-jacking my pictures, she tried to high-jack my profiles, although I will get all responses to her lame backpage ad in Cleveland. It really sucks that we can't do more about it!

There is another way but it has to be done by the website itself. Some of the model sites I am a part of have right click disabled. If you go to the bodyrockin site for example you can left click to expand the photo but when you right click it opens a small window that says "property of bodyrockin". ... BD

what would happen if you loaded your pic to tineye.com? Would that make the pic less then wanted to take in the first place?

It looks like ecom has rightclick disabled. However...

Go to site, select pic
ALT + PrtScr
Open Paint
CTRL+V
Save as .JPG file
Open JPG Editor
Crop file
Rename and save.

And because there is no watermark on the pic, I have a perfectly useable pic in less than 3 minutes.

Well then, it sounds like they want to make it easy for others to take the pics.

Contact the photographer that took your pics, have him provide a notorized statement that he took the pics and transferred all ownership and copyrights to you. Then send that info to ecom.

Ben... good advice but on e.com and our showcases here you can save pictures. It is a good idea for personal sites. I believe I either did disable right click but may not have.

As far as it goes, scumbags will find a way to steal our pictures. That's why we have to stick together and help get them removed, taken down. Obviously some of these people have way too much time on their hands!

I'm quite surprised to hear that e.com does not allow text on the photos, but I looked it up to be sure, and yup it states that on their site rules. However there are plenty of girls with text on their photos on there, so it apparently isn't enforced.

Brooke, re watermarking -

Something like that is literally impossible to remove in photoshop, believe me I worked for years in digital imaging. I hope it's ok to use your picture as an example, it's always been a favorite
