I have come to the conclusion that the best place to get information from is from the information that Eccie provides. Too many chiefs here.

I am not new to Hobby just new to the professionalism of this realm.

I have been on Eccie for a month or so. I am having a hard time trying to get verified. I have been told that it is a process.

Yes I am aware of that.

I have ppl telling me to only see well established hobbyist. However well established hobbyist want vp status ( understood is your $$$). I get pms all day telling me to hurry and get reviews to get vp status. Well uh you can aide in that process

. Stay away from newbies because of the risk. Isn't this whole business a risk.

Don't see anyone unless they are verified (understood).

I know I am gonna step on some toes with this one, but WHAT DID WE DO BEFORE P411, DATECHECK AND OTHER VERIFICATION SITES.

WE USED COMMON SENSE & OUR GUT INSTINCTS!

THAT WORKED FOR ME FOR YEARS. NEVER HAD A RUN IN WITH LE OR CONTRACTED ANYTHING EVER.

All of the men of the past were Gentlemen too thank God.

Okay now here is the clincher. I have men trying to hustle me telling me to run a sale. A sale

. A discount maybe, but a sale. To top it off his sale price was less than half

! Also had a man offer me a review for a freebie

. Brownie points to the man just off the little yellow bus. If I wanted to go on a free date I would get married again.

I had the same man ask me why on Eccie so long and no vp status? What is wrong with me? WTF!!! I am missing a leg!

Please do not undermine my integrity or my intelligence. I am well educated.

Like I said this realm is new for me. I am from a different era where we used word of mouth and referrals of friends or aquaintances. So forgive me for asking advice

but that is what new ppl do. Asking for help from fellow providers or hobbyist should not make you a bad person. Some sites are harder to navigate than others. Eccie is not that hard to navigate but it is much easier to ask. OMG!

I am not a bait and switch girl, nor do I have pimp ( in that case I am my own pimp), not Le, nor am I an addict trying to support a horrible life sucking habit. I am a mommy like a lot of the women on here having fun making a high paying supplemental income.

With that being said Bring on the hate mail. I am sure that I am in for it! LoL.

I can relate...I am still waiting to be verified also. I am trying to be patient too...!
I know I am someone the guys will love once I get the chance to show them!

There are hobbiests out there that are willing to TOFTT if the price is right. My suggestion? Make sure your price is right, offer a review discount, and perhaps a hh rate?
Once you are verified, you can set a price that you are comfortable with and the real fun begins. But when you are starting out, you have to realize these men are taking a big risk and would like to be rewarded for that.

I was lucky with the fact I had two unknown gentlemen put a good word in for me with P411 so that I would be accepted on there. I still don't know who those two nice gentlemen are, but I owe them BIG TIME! You never know who can put a good word in, or give you a bad review, so make each date count!

It's kinda like "how do you get a job without experience or experience without a job?"

Hobbyists often have the same sort of frustrations. How do you see a provider without having provider references? And sometimes providers have very specific requirements and you figure out that, ultimately, you are going to have to go see other girls just to be able to see her. Me? I just don't sweat it. Any lady I'd want to see is worth a few hoops. But, then again -- for me it is a COST center rather than a PROFIT center, so I can afford to be patient and not sweat. LOL

So I understand why you'd feel a bit greater sense of urgency.

One thing I definitely wouldn't do is offer a freebie for a review. Sorry -- that is total BS because it entirely compromises even the most basic pretenses of an objective review. So skip that.

I've written a review or two elsewhere, and tend to be not big into writing them for various reasons. One thing that inspired me to write a review of one lady was she simply told me (paraphrased): "I know I hit the ball out of the park with you, and I know you aren't keen on writing reviews. But I hardly have any, and one from you would really help." That's it. No financial incentive. Just the simple knowledge that a lady who is amazingly fantastic would be helped by that was sufficient and I wrote the review.

So, I'm sure you've got some customers, and I'm sure some of them you've really blown away and they've come back for seconds or thirds. Just drop one of them a note and say you'd really appreciate it if he'd review you. All it takes is asking in a lot of cases.

As for specials and rates and all that jazz, I have no recommendations except to not give freebies in exchange for reviews.

I totally agree! Ask all that you see. Someone will do a good review for you....and as far as the freebies, don't do it!
A discount for a review? Yes! Freebie? No!

Yeah, it can be frustrating. I get that and sure, "back in the day" a person's word was their bond. Unfortunately though, common sense, common courtesy, and common decency aren't nearly as common as they used to be. This is a new generation and there's all sorts of scandalous shit going on.

We've got this interweb which reaches deep into the bowels of society and into the darkest corners of this beautiful Planet Earth and along the way, there's going to some turds. Use that 'gut' and that "wit" of yours to try and avoid 'em. Keep your head up, Krystal. Once you get over this hurdle, it gets easier. But yeah, until you do though, the patience does tend to wear a little thin.

All you can do is keep doing your thing and hopefully by asking your dates to post an honest review, they'll assist you in this effort and *maybe* you'd consider grandfathering them in at that rate...? (just a thought...??)

But yeah, stay away from the buzzards looking for a freebie in exchange for a review. That's just weak...

You have to understand that you have to market yourself right and offer the right rates. We have all been on your side of the table and we had to wait to get our VP status. Be patient it will all pan out in the end, I know it's hard to do but sometimes that's all you can do.

Hey Krystal.. I know when you first joined eccie, I helped you and gave you these same suggestions.. and a couple months have passed now... these are my thoughts to you:

I know that several men in the eccie chat room have asked you several times if you have any photos up on your site or anywhere else and you tell them no and immediately leave chat.

To start advertising yourself: Get your website going, get some photos up, check out other ladies' sites and see what their rates are and make sure it's a reasonable rate for this economy and in your part of the country.

You are questioned as a provider when you tell potential friends repeatedly that "so and so has your photos and won't release them to you", or you can't log in to your website, or your story changes from being a newbie provider never having provided, to a seasoned provider who's been in the hobby for a long time. If you can't get your photos released, get new ones

No matter what, good luck to you...

I second Tiff's suggestion of a half hour rate. That is how I met my first two providers in order to get vouches for P411. That way a guy has a minimal investment if things don't work out.
I doubt if any guys are going to do much without pics. You gotta find a way of getting pics out. Most guys (who would give you vouches) don't go by CL, but you might find some sprinkled in BP. Or put up an ad and rely on emailing them the pics. However, I suggest no pics taken with phones. Use camera pics and have someone else take them. IOW be as professional about the pics w/o spending a lot of money there. Guys are visual and attracted by eye candy. So, do it.

I would also recommend that you join as many sites as you can. I don't get many reviews at all here, but I get a ton on escorts.com.

To you June. The comments that I made were not directed towards you. I have pictures. I have never ever changed my story it has always been the same. I am a newbie to ECCIE. I have provided before. It was a different name back then. I do offer a half hour rate and my prices are reasonable. I do have a website. I am getting more pics. Since I was last asked about pics I made more, however I am not satisfied with the new ones. I have an appointment to get some made from one of my co workers that does it on the side. So they are coming.... I do not leave chat when ppl ask me for things I pm them and give them to them or send them to their email. There is only one jerk that I avoid and for just cause in chat. Also never said that someone has my pics. I would never let anyone else use my pics or keep any of me. I am mommy as I said before need to be as discreet as possible hence never showing face. Oh and I never said seasoned hobby either. I just merely stated that I have done it before. Off and on doesn't make you seasoned. It is not a career for me. It may become one later. As of right now it is paying for medical school. I have other clients outside of Eccie and I am on other sites as well under a similar name because mine was taken. Anyhow thanks for the luck. Oh and btw it has been a little over a month since i signed here not several months.

There are tons of nice guys on ECCIE, but do NOT let anyone let "promise" a good review for a smaller price-EVER. That is the ploy of guys on ProviderBuzz.com, which you MUST be on! Good luck, pretty lady, and make lots of $$.
