This says everything needed without incriminating, no mention of incall or outcall but lets it be known which. I dont mention "ad" or "appointment" or "donation" etc

I agree. I always go by reviews and ask if they are accurate and then ask if they are available for such and such time and date and what area. Only problem I have ever had is when a provider couldn't seem to tell me which way to go to get to her place. Very annoying especially when followed by are you some kind of cop or something.
