So who out their is newby friendly and what is the best way to go about getting good references if you haven't seen anyone?

I would not mind a call from work if that was a issue. I work offshore and don't actually have a office at where i am at everyday working. I work on call so when i'm home i'm home and when it time to go to work i head offshore wherever i'm needed. Thanks for replying and looking forward to any other type of sugestions. That would help in this process. I know that it very important for the safety of everyone involved.

usually wen I call your work I try to relate it to your work

or maybe say I am calling from an animal groomers office{if you have a dog/cat} to pick up your dog/cat

or I will say I am Big easy Tours calling to give you info on a touring request

or I will say I am a credit company checking on your employment

I would start going through providers one by one explaining situation and one will be sympathetic and give you a roll. then you have a reference for p411 and you are off and running. Persistance pays off, but you will neen to prove yourselfs some kind of way. Honesty is the best policy in this hobby.

I agree with everything stated above. Honesty is the best way. Legit providers are very discreet, confidential with your information, and have everyone's safety in mind.
