I've just been through a very complicated business venture with an international partner.
It has caused some confusion as to my tax filing status.

Would love to have someone in the hobby that can give me sound accounting advice and that I can be completely open and honest with.

I am seeking a CPA that can display professionalism and a world of experience.

I have a CPA who has been one of my best friends for over ten years. He likes being paid for his work, so he wouldn't want to barter .

He has some 40 years in the field, and is beyond successful. His house (he works from his home now) will make you want to throw up with envy or move in.
